Actor Lee Jong Suk recently filmed a pictorial for issue 166 of ‘HIGH CUT’ magazine, which was filmed under the concept of a man who walks out from a manga.
Lee Jong Suk showed off his innocent and mature charms in a suit, casual, and t-shirts, and drew attention for his well-defined facial features and lanky frame.
He revealed his frustrations as an actor in the accompanying interview, “When I view my works, it gives me a feeling that I am stuck in my youth. I am agonizing over how to surpass this image, and show a more manly side of me. An actor’s image is largely based on his appearance, so I am really envious of actors who have a masculine image.”
Fans in Korea have been waiting anxiously for something new from Lee Jong Suk, as his last drama was ‘Pinocchio’ in early 2015. He explained, “I feel more and more empty as my hiatus grows longer. I will work like a cow this year, and film at least three works.”
Finally, Lee Jong Suk also shared something about the drama ‘Reply 1988’ which ended last week, “I really like the character Choi Taek. It’s really charismatic.”
